If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express and Visa for online orders. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Alternative To Online Credit Card Purchases
We accept faxed and mailed credit card orders, as well as orders that are mailed with Checks and Money Orders.
Shipping Time
Any purchase orders received and approved before 10:00AM ET, the order will be shipped same day. Most items are usually delivered within 5 to 10 business days. For a quicker delivery, speak with a representative about shipping time in the US.

Products will be shipped directly from manufacturer.
Return Policy:
Ergo Key™ is committed to customer satisfaction. In order for Ergo Key™ to accept a return, you must e-mail us within 30 days of shipping date and request an authorization to return your products(RMA). All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS. All returned items must be in "as-new" condition, in the original packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Shipping charges are not refundable. You must call us to determine if the returned item needs to be shipped to the manufacturer or Ergo Key™.
All return credits will be applied within 5 business days.
Privacy Policy:
All contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. Which the customer provides is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order. All credit card information is encrypted through secure server software (SSL). When you conduct a transaction on our site, we encrypt all of the credit card information and store that information in our secure data center. Ergo Key™ will under no circumstances make your personal information available to any third party for any reason.
Product Warranties:
All of the products offered on our web site are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience any problems due to improper workmanship or material defects, please contact the manufacturer to arrange for repair or replacement.
